I am divorced 6 years, independent, ambitious, looking for someone that can blend our lives and families together. I still have things I want to experience and would love the companionship of someone adventurous. Do you love the water? The wind in your hair? I like motorcycles too. At 51, I still have a lot of energy and am not ready to become a couch potato. My kids are grown and I have 7 beautiful grandkids that I spend time with on some weekends. I enjoy reading, keeping up with what is really happening in this world, keeping and open mind helps to accept some of the truth of what is really happening! I am into a healthy lifestyle and taking care of myself with more natural methods. I enjoy romance, cuddling, holding hands in public, soft music and strong arms to be held in, but not into head games or becoming someones maid. So if that is your gig, please do not waste my time. Life is to short and at this age too far past that nonsense. I also enjoy just about anything to do with the water if you hadn't already figured that one out. My dream is to one day own a sailboat and sail to someplace tropical and live aboard a boat for an extended period of time. That is just one of the things I wish to accomplish, give me time I am sure I can come up with more to add to that list!

I am not looking for the perfect person, there is no perfect one. You have to be willing to accept that there will always be something about everyone that isn't exactly what you would do or be, though willing to accept that part of someones personality. I believe that when something comes into your life and it bothers you, it is more of a personal issue, something that you yourself needs to deal with and grow from within. I mean really everyone, we all are in search of that perfect person, will they always and forever remain the same as when you first met? I sure hope not! We all change, our attitudes, appearance, beliefs, feelings. It's called growing and experiencing life and learning from it! If we stay the same, always in everything, how can we experience the growth that is required to achieve your purpose here on earth. Hopefully one day people will learn to accept people for who they are and how to help each other realize our dreams togehter. You get out of a relationship what you put into it! If you put nothing in, and expect everything for nothing, just like the bank, you get nothing back! If you can't love like you've never been hurt, you loose!!! We have all been hurt, but we allowed it for a reason, did you learn how to love differently from that pain so as not to repeat it? Anything on the water, being with grandkids, camping, motorcycle riding, wood working, creative, gardening, remodeling, decorating, pets, hanging out on the beach, a walk is nice when your in the mood for it(great quiet reflecting time), and I love my own quiet time, got to have that or I will melt!!!
