Well thats hard to say!!
i guess the best date is where the 2 of us could maybe get some dinner at home or at a nice resteruant where we could talk and get to know each other and really do something that we both like and would allows us to kinda focus on knowing each other rather than drawing our attention away from each other!

Rent a Couple Horse's and ride down or through some mountainus area with back packs and tents on a 3-4 day ride where we camp out at night in the mountains just the 2 of us and the Horse's.

Cooking together and enjoing a good dinner at home, or just cudleing on the couch, grill out on the porch and drink a cold beer, go to the River and build a bone fire and camp out and watch the moonlight next to the water while listening to some good music and haveing a cold one.
